Plumbing Inspections start with the home’s water supply. The source of water can be a private well, a shared well, a community well, public water, or some combination thereof.
A visual check of the meter is important, as well as locating the presence of emergency shut-off valves.

Plumbing components are inspected as accessible throughout the house.  Visible piping and all fixtures are reviewed.  Washing machine hook-ups and connections are investigated for integrity.

Evidence of leaks, no matter how small, active or inactive, are noted for further investigation.
